A country location , elegant and comfortable, born from old spaces, once used as Villa Permolis’ refectory, is today “Boscolo Granducato Hotel”, where “Locanda Toscana” is located.
The whole area has been renovated respecting the original structure, but using modern design materials, in the inner and external side; with huge gardens and relaxing water plays
Our kitchen is inspired to the old tuscan tradition and to the genuine tastes of Mediterranean kitchen; and it is improving thanks Davide Gagliardis’staff and the chef Elias Caschilis’ experience.

And even more: you can taste the best homemade pasta, such as Mugellos’ tortelli or pici,with our typical game sauce.
We can offer you a unique selection of meat : the “chianina meat”, the “cinta senese” pork meat and chicken meat, to combine with vegetables, legumes, aromatic herbs, directly grown from us.
Extra virgin olive of oil from Camignano will welcome you on our table in order to enhance bread and vegetables tastes.
